- Maximum permitted building coefficient (Kig): 0.4
- Maximum permitted utilization coefficient (Kis): 0.8
- Minimum permitted floor plan area: 60 m2
- Maximum permitted number of floors of a family house: 2 above ground, with the possibility of building a basement; or on extremely sloping terrain (slope greater than 12%), 3 floors if the basement floor is planned for the garage.
- Maximum permitted building height: 6.50 meters
- If the building is constructed on extremely sloping terrain where the natural terrain slope is greater than 12%, the maximum number of floors of the building is 3 above ground, with one basement mandatory, the possibility of building a basement, and the maximum building height is 9.5 m, measured from the level of the finally leveled and landscaped terrain to the front of the building from its lowest part to the upper edge of the roof ridge, whereby the lowest level of the terrain to the front of the building can be at most 0.5 m above the level of the natural terrain.

These conditions from the spatial plan will come into effect after receiving the opinion of the competent spatial planning institute confirming their compliance with the spatial plan of the county, the Spatial Planning Act, and subordinate regulations adopted based on it.
